Job Title: Senior ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to join our team at VTal Technology Solutions. As a Senior ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex ERP projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, functional experts, and business partners, to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with ERP Cloud Solutions products, such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, Infor, and SAP S4/HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of business process improvement and change management.
  • Experience with project coordination, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
