Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction technology management.
  • Experience in construction operations or a related industry is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Proven experience in leading effective teams and managing technology projects.
  • Proficiency with construction management platforms such as Autodesk Build, Procore, BIM 360, simPRO, FieldWire, OpenSpace, CMiC, Bridgit, Destini, and other construction technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading technology implementations and driving user adoption.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and KPI development.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Experience with contract management and vendor relationship management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, emerging technologies, and sustainability initiatives in construction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP, CSM, TOGAF 9.
