Position Overview:
The role involves a combination of office and field responsibilities, with travel primarily required throughout central and southern New Hampshire. This travel may evolve as the company expands.

Project Scope:
Responsibilities will include overseeing new self-storage and industrial projects, as well as managing expansions and renovations of existing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and supervise projects from inception to completion.
  • Engage with municipal inspectors, secure permits, and participate in planning and zoning discussions.
  • Finalize project details, manage invoicing, and ensure project closure, including obtaining Certificates of Occupancy.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance on projects within the current portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager and Senior Superintendent on cost estimation, construction processes, and budget management.
  • Conduct site visits to review and inspect work, ensuring quality and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Key Attributes/Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a superintendent in self-storage, industrial, or related commercial projects.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership in managing multiple subcontractors and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Procore, and SharePoint.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
