We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to join our US Retail sales team. This role will cover National and Regional Wire House broker dealers in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top financial advisors and their teams.
  • Manage a sales region to achieve sales growth, while maintaining a budget and high level of sales activity.
  • Provide in-depth sales support and guidance to team members.
  • Lead projects and initiatives to drive business results.
Requirements
  • A degree in finance or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of growing sales with financial advisors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active Series 7 and 63 licenses.
  • Existing relationships with key financial advisors in the region.
