Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gazelle Capital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and providing administrative support to our internal team and portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage various administrative duties, including task organization, calendar management, and email correspondence.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.
- Facilitate regular communication with our Chief of Staff to align on administrative strategies and updates.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in time management and attention to detail.
- Prior administrative experience, especially in a remote setting.
- A positive, proactive team player who can independently manage their workload and take initiative in our fast-paced environment.
