About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our team at Crimson Solutions. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including calendar management, email management, and data entry.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, reports, and presentations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed commercial education or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to maintain an overview, and excellent communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and very good English skills.
