Administrative Specialist CL2

The University of Maine at Fort Kent is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Specialist CL2 to join our team. This full-time position will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to faculty and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Process accounts payable and manage departmental budgets.
- Assist with projects and perform general administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- 60 credits or more of higher education or the equivalent work experience and training.
- One to three years of administrative support experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in office management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
- Experience utilizing Concur, Marketplace, and Mainestreet.
- Prior public higher education experience.
