Position Overview:


Breakthru Beverage Group stands as a premier beverage alcohol distribution entity in North America, boasting a workforce of over associates and generating sales exceeding $6.6 Billion.

As our company expands, the Talent Acquisition function remains pivotal to our success.

We are in search of a proactive Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant to pinpoint outstanding talent for our California operations.

This role will concentrate on fulfilling sales and sales support positions (Merchandisers, Sales Representatives, Analysts, etc.) in Northern California.

The ideal candidate will naturally foster trust and cultivate successful partnerships with key stakeholders.

Additionally, they will provide expertise and innovative sourcing strategies throughout the recruitment process, from the initial job posting to the final candidate selection.


This role requires a presence in Commerce, California to align with our hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).


Compensation and Benefits:


Any offered salary is based on internal equity, market data, and the applicant's skills and relevant experience.


Salary Range:
$80,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
- Formulate and implement sourcing plans for designated roles.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and create plans addressing areas for improvement.

- Establish and manage external talent pipelines.

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partner organizations.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to enhance talent acquisition and ensure optimal hiring decisions.

- Evaluate candidates to present the best options to hiring managers for interviews.

- Utilize sourcing tools to identify a diverse pool of top candidates.

- Maintain compliance with company recruiting and hiring processes.

- Keep applicant tracking system records updated.

- Ensure effective communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent training and experience.

- Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition.

- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience in managing and influencing high-level stakeholders.

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills with candidates and key stakeholders.

- Proficient in data collection, metrics, and analysis.

- Ability to proactively network and build effective relationships.

- Skilled in event planning and management.

- Proficient in MS Office suite and ATS systems, preferably iCIMS or Workday, along with sourcing platforms.

Physical Requirements:
- Up to 25% domestic travel during peak recruitment and program-related activities.

- Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
