We are seeking a skilled individual to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Los Angeles Apparel. In this role you will lead efforts in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals who align with our company culture and mission. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading apparel manufacturer based in Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities:


Sourcing and Interviewing:

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, job fairs, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Use the Topgrading Methodology to conduct initial phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate candidates’ skills and experience


Collaboration:

  • Partner with managers and supervisors across different departments to understand their staffing needs and develop and execute effective recruitment strategies


Ownership:

  • Take ownership of the entire end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed of their status and providing timely feedback
  • Lead periodic check-ins with new hires


Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our software systems


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Review recruiting and onboarding metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement


This is an on-site position that has a starting rate of $17.28/hour with medical and dental benefits, 401k, and overtime opportunities. Cover letter is not required.
