Breakthru Beverage Group stands as a premier beverage alcohol distribution entity in North America, boasting a workforce of over associates and generating sales exceeding $6.6 Billion.
We are in search of a proactive Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist to pinpoint outstanding sales professionals (Merchandisers, Sales Representatives, Analysts, etc.) in Northern California.
Moreover, they will provide specialized expertise and innovative sourcing strategies throughout the recruitment journey, from the initial job posting to the final candidate selection.
The successful candidate will exhibit a high degree of confidence, a strong ability to uphold processes, and a commitment to being a true partner to the market.
This role requires a presence in Commerce, California to align with our hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
- Formulate and implement sourcing plans for designated roles.
- Assess recruitment metrics and devise strategies to address areas for improvement.
- Establish and manage external talent pipelines.
- Forge and nurture relationships with educational institutions and partner organizations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to enhance talent acquisition and ensure optimal hiring decisions.
- Evaluate candidates to optimize the selection of finalists for interviews.
- Utilize sourcing tools to identify a diverse pool of top-tier talent.
- Maintain updated records in the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure effective communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent training and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Highly motivated, organized, and adept at navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in managing and influencing high-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills with candidates, program participants, and key stakeholders.
- Proficient in data collection, metrics, and analysis.
- Ability to proactively network and build effective relationships.
- Experienced in event planning and management.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS or Workday, along with sourcing platforms.
Physical Requirements:
- Up to 25% domestic travel during peak recruiting and program-related activities.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.

Salary and Benefit Statement:
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, and prior relevant experience.
Salary:
$90,000 - $102,000
