Sales and Business Development Manager
At Mauser Packaging Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Utilize Salesforce software to manage accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, attending sales meetings and trade shows as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in business development and sales growth
- Strong negotiation and implementation skills, with experience in supply agreements
- Comprehensive understanding of financial business and data analysis
- Ability to work from home office with moderate to extensive overnight travel
