Business Development Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at Career Development Partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain a deep understanding of their business strategies
  • Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to design and implement solutions that drive clients' business objectives forward

Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies
  • Proven track record of new business development in marketing solutions or professional services
  • Experience closing high-volume sales and managing diverse sales cycles

Compensation:
We offer a base salary of $135K with the potential to earn between $175k - $200k in the first year through commissions. Additional benefits include eligibility for comprehensive performance reward programs, a car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and a full expense account for client entertainment.
