About the Role

Inspired Closets Chicago is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Chicagoland area sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales development and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, architects, and interior designers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the luxury home sales market
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with a focus on consultative selling and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
