Role SignificanceAt U.S. Environmental, our customer service team sets us apart from competitors. We take pride in our responsiveness and creativity. Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) must be friendly, diplomatic, and well-organized.
CSRs are expected to collaborate with clients and team members across the organization to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls and address inquiries from clients and associates regarding orders and other relevant matters.
- Input and process new orders, including modifications such as cancellations, additions, and transfers.
- Utilize our operating software, Alert IMS, for order entry.
- Communicate essential information to technical, sales, purchasing, and delivery teams through various communication methods.
- Follow up with clients to provide information or obtain necessary documents and confirmations.
- Facilitate the inter-office transfer of equipment.
- Assist inventory and accounting teams in ensuring accurate recording of inventory transactions.
- Perform other reasonably assigned tasks as needed.
- High school diploma.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Interest in learning about environmental technology and its applications.
