BDC Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC / Internet Sales Representative to join our team at KIA of East Hartford. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

• Work on-site to answer internet and phone requests for vehicle information, pricing, availability, etc.
• Schedule appointments for potential customers and schedule appointments for Product Specialists to finalize the sale.
• Call and email new inquiries promptly.
• Follow up on internet sales leads.
• Identify customer's needs, answer questions in a pleasant manner, and assist customers to the best of your ability.
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, reschedule missed appointments, etc.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure they are satisfied.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM System.

• Sales experience preferred.
• Good communication, customer service, telephone and computer skills.
• Call Center or BDC, Business Development Center experience is preferred.
• Auto dealership experience is a plus.
• Must have good computer skills.
• A good work ethic and self-motivated to succeed.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
