Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Desktop & Depot Support professional to join our team in Hartford, Farmington, or Middletown, Connecticut. As a key member of our Virtual Service Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop and depot services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide workstation software break-fix support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Manage the orderly storage of equipment within our client build center (depot)
  • Perform tasks related to request fulfillment and device refreshes, including inventory management and asset tracking
  • Receive and process returned equipment, determining whether devices can be reused or disposed of
  • Update asset tracking information and ticket status in our IT service management system
Requirements
  • Previous experience in desktop support or a related field is desired, with training provided for new hires
  • Knowledge of PC imaging and experience with change management and incident management
  • Proficiency in using tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Dell Technician
  • Expertise in inventory control
