About the Job

At Global Channel Management, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through one-to-one telephone contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, complete, and accurate information to customers based on a full understanding of program requirements.

• Accurately respond to incoming calls and document all interactions with customers.

• Assist with password resets and properly forward calls to Call Center Leadership or other CT agencies per procedures.

• Work with customers in difficult situations and handle complaints in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Six months minimum experience in call center/dispatcher experience required.

• Must be able to pass a 27-30 wpm typing test and a customer service assessment.

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.
