Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers operating the F100 engine
- Assist in engineering investigations and field communications
- Develop working knowledge of technical order manuals for assigned engine hardware
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and field service representatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, mathematics, or a technical field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in aerospace, aviation, or engine maintenance
- US Citizenship required due to government contracts
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
