Position Overview

Outside Sales Representative

As a leading provider of fiber-optic services, we are committed to delivering high-speed internet solutions that empower both individuals and businesses. Our mission is to enhance digital connectivity across communities, and we are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to contribute to this vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new residential clientele through proactive outreach, including door-to-door engagement, outbound calls, and participation in local marketing initiatives. Craft and present tailored sales proposals that align with customer needs and preferences. Engage in regular sales meetings and complete necessary training to enhance skills and knowledge. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Manage all administrative duties related to sales in accordance with company policies and quality standards. Stay informed about competitive activities within the assigned area and communicate relevant insights to management. Undertake additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

What We Offer:

We recognize that our success is driven by our dedicated team. Therefore, we provide a competitive compensation package with potential earnings around $95,000, with opportunities to exceed $200,000 annually.

Qualifications:

We seek individuals who possess a strong drive and a professional demeanor to effectively engage with potential customers and articulate our service offerings. Independence and self-motivation are essential as you navigate your designated territory and build relationships with minimal oversight.

Required Background:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel to assigned areas using a personal vehicle, even in adverse weather conditions. Proficiency with computer systems and communication tools. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary to maximize customer engagement. Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Preferred Experience:

Proven track record in sales, particularly in prospecting or cold calling, with at least six months of direct sales experience. Familiarity with telecommunications services, especially fiber-optic and fixed wireless technologies. Ability to educate customers on relevant products and services.
