- Bachelor's Degree.
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector.
- Familiarity with Rod Lift systems.
- Drug and alcohol screening.
- Criminal background investigation.
- Verification of educational credentials.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Effective negotiation capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems.
- Visual acuity necessary for close and distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Regular oral communication is required.
- Frequent use of hands for handling and reaching.
- Regular walking in various customer locations, including uneven terrain and diverse weather conditions.
- Compliance with personal protective equipment requirements, including footwear, hard hats, or respirators.
- Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, including air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities.
- Regular visits to customer offices or field locations are expected.
- Typical work is conducted in an office or cubicle equipped with necessary technology.
- Field visits will occur in varying weather and temperature conditions.
