About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in representing our company in the market and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive, credible, and lasting relationships with our customers, based on trust and a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Business Growth Planning: Identify and analyze customer business growth opportunities, and develop tailored business growth plans to drive incremental sales and revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data and insights to inform sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales performance.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge and Positioning: Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services, and effectively position and present them to customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, including account planning, visit planning, and issue resolution, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and information, and apply problem-solving skills to drive sales and business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using mobile devices, online communication tools, and CRM systems to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Results-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Ability to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances, and take ownership of sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Reliable Transportation: Possession of a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
