Outside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new residential accounts through proactive outreach, including door-to-door engagement, phone calls, and participation in local marketing initiatives. Develop and present tailored sales proposals that align with customer needs and preferences. Engage in regular sales meetings and participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to drive personal and company success. Complete all necessary administrative tasks related to sales activities, adhering to established policies and quality standards. Monitor competitive activities within the assigned area and report any significant changes in pricing or marketing strategies to management. Required Background: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel within assigned areas, even in adverse weather conditions. Proficiency with computer systems and communication tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize customer engagement. Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written. Preferred Experience: Proven track record in sales, with at least six months of direct sales experience. Familiarity with telecommunications services, particularly fiber-optic and cable offerings.
