About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Construction and Design Build Services Group at WSB. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects to our clients, while maintaining a strong commitment to safe project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of field staff to ensure project execution meets WSB's quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and public agencies to ensure project success.
  • Perform contract administration duties, including plan development, interpretation, budget management, schedule management, record keeping, change negotiations, quality, and project documentation.
  • Work with clients to understand project requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with WSB's proposal development team to develop and submit proposals for new projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure WSB's projects meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, contract administration, and construction management.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a variety of locations and travel as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs periodically and work in all weather conditions.
