Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships and ensuring a positive retail experience for our National Retail clientele.

Key Responsibilities (% of Time)
1. Engage with existing and prospective National Retail customers at the store level to cultivate relationships and drive sales growth. (50%)
2. Implement and maintain effective marketing materials across all customer accounts, identifying suitable areas for cross-merchandising, and constructing displays and point-of-purchase materials. (30%)
3. Collaborate with management and fellow field sales representatives to execute territory projects and initiatives. Analyze point-of-sale sales data to assess program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance sales. (10%)
4. Occasionally assist in the installation of new store setups and resets, conduct product knowledge presentations for store staff and customers, and manage customer interactions through Salesforce and other administrative tasks. (10%)

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
  • An Associate's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • A creative, diligent, and positive demeanor, along with basic carpentry skills.
  • Proficiency in using common construction tools safely.
  • A valid driving record and residence within the designated territory.
  • Familiarity with Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Sound product knowledge and/or construction-related expertise.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as expense reporting and call documentation.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
