Position Overview
As a Sales Associate for Retail Solutions, you will play a vital role in fostering relationships and ensuring a positive retail experience for our National Retail clientele.

Key Responsibilities (% of Time)
1. Engage with existing and prospective National Retail customers at the store level to cultivate relationships and drive sales by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities. (50%)
2. Implement and maintain effective marketing materials across all customer accounts, identify suitable areas for cross-merchandising, and develop and uphold displays and point-of-purchase materials. (30%)
3. Collaborate with management and fellow field sales representatives to ensure the successful execution of territory projects, initiatives, and opportunities. Analyze point-of-sale sales data to assess program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize sales. (10%)
4. Occasionally assist in the installation of new store setups and existing store resets. Conduct product knowledge presentations for store associates and customers. Document customer interactions in Salesforce and perform other administrative tasks as required. (10%)

  • An Associate's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.

  • Residence within the designated territory.
  • A clean driving record.
  • Competence in Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Knowledge of products and/or construction-related concepts.
  • Capability to manage projects, tasks, and travel/work schedules independently.
