The compensation for this role includes a foundational hourly wage along with an entry-level commission structure.

Job Overview

Under the guidance of the Sales Director, the Customer Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating the new home sales journey. This position also involves maintaining the assigned show homes or sales center, ensuring that customers receive an outstanding experience throughout their home buying journey.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring top-notch customer service is delivered.
  • Conducting show home tours, providing product details, and explaining the purchasing process. Handling incoming inquiries via phone and email, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assisting in the qualification of potential buyers and converting them into serious purchasers. Keeping track of customer data and aiding in financing processes.
  • Regularly inspecting and ensuring that show homes or sales centers are visually appealing and well-maintained. Tasks include tidying décor, organizing signage, managing inventory of supplies, and identifying maintenance needs.
  • Supporting clients throughout the home construction process, coordinating project modifications, providing updates on progress, and organizing walkthroughs.
  • Executing various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, managing calendars, tracking customer deposits, and maintaining office supplies and sales materials.
Essential Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 months of sales experience, ideally within the residential construction industry.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM, and accounting software (HubSpot, NewStar, etc.).

Working Conditions

This role primarily takes place in a show home or sales center environment. Standard working hours are generally during business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends required, as well as travel to off-site meetings or other show homes.
