Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing division. This role emphasizes project management, optimizing marketing workflows, technology integration, and performance metrics to achieve optimal results and scalability in our marketing operations. This dynamic position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, the individual must successfully perform each essential duty and demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Campaign and Process Management: Assist in executing marketing campaigns and essential marketing operations initiatives, including campaign planning, assessment, workflow management, lead nurturing, and lead scoring. Develop and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management. Oversee the quality assurance process for new campaigns, workflows, and forms to proactively identify and address areas for improvement prior to campaign launches, and organize post-campaign review sessions.
  • Technology and Data Oversight: Manage and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools, to enhance marketing efficiency. Monitor and maintain marketing databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Documentation and Administrative Support: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing planning and operations. Provide support to the marketing team with daily administrative tasks, including budget tracking and coordination of marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting and Insights: Collaborate closely with business intelligence and marketing team members to ensure that the data collected is sufficient to provide valuable business insights. Generate and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact, using data insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing and communications.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, various marketing clouds, CRMs, Google Analytics).
  • Highly skilled in Excel and database management.
  • Experienced in leading email, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns.

Project Management: Strong capabilities in managing multiple projects, adept in agile marketing strategies, focused on high-value and impactful initiatives.

Analytical Skills: A solid mathematical and statistical background is a distinct advantage.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Excellent communication skills for effective dialogue with all levels of internal and external teams.
  • Ability to forge and maintain professional relationships and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and presentation skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of motivation and self-direction.

Work Environment

The office environment is quiet and temperature-controlled, with occasional adjustments in noise or temperature due to conversations or maintenance activities.
