Role Overview
As the Centre Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the operational setup of the new early learning centre. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks essential for the smooth functioning of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the central office to prepare for the centre's launch.
- Offer guidance and support to families regarding enrolment and centre operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external partners.
- Manage data entry for payroll, enrolments, and attendance systems.
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring professional communication.
- Oversee centre security and safety protocols.
- Execute various administrative duties, including team coordination and communication management.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and organisational policies.
Required Experience
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within the early childhood sector.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and adherence to organisational guidelines.
- Proficiency in administrative software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities, with a focus on time management and prioritisation.
Desired Qualifications
- A qualification in business administration or a related field is highly regarded.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education and Care is advantageous.
- Current background checks are required for employment.
