Role Overview

As the Centre Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the operational setup of the new early learning centre. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks essential for the smooth functioning of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the central office to prepare for the centre's launch.
  • Offer guidance and support to families regarding enrolment and centre operations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Manage data entry for payroll, enrolments, and attendance systems.
  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring professional communication.
  • Oversee centre security and safety protocols.
  • Execute various administrative duties, including team coordination and communication management.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and organisational policies.

Required Experience

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably within the early childhood sector.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and adherence to organisational guidelines.
  • Proficiency in administrative software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities, with a focus on time management and prioritisation.

Desired Qualifications

  • A qualification in business administration or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Certification in Early Childhood Education and Care is advantageous.
  • Current background checks are required for employment.
