Position Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Maronda Inc. and Subsidiaries, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior management in enhancing the Maronda brand and effectively communicating its story.

Be an integral part of a team dedicated to creating, proposing, executing, and delivering both online and offline marketing initiatives that connect potential homebuyers with their ideal homes. Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams, ensuring alignment between local and corporate marketing efforts, while maintaining compliance and customer-centricity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing corporate marketing strategies to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with leadership across Operations, Sales, and Marketing to define strategic marketing objectives and foster strong working relationships.
  • Execute marketing and brand strategies that uphold consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Support market-wide initiatives aimed at driving traffic for community events and grand openings.
  • Work with the corporate team to develop and deliver tactical online and offline marketing materials, including social media content, advertising, and promotional materials.

  • Enhance the creative capabilities of the Digital and Traditional Marketing Managers by assisting in skill development.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with management to report on marketing tactics and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate division requests and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate marketing campaigns.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with SEM initiatives across various platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in corporate marketing, preferably in the homebuilding industry.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of MLS and real estate websites.
