Position Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Maronda Inc. and Subsidiaries, you will play a pivotal role in supporting upper management in enhancing the Maronda brand and effectively communicating its story.

Contribute to the creation, suggestion, execution, and delivery of both online and offline marketing materials that connect potential homebuyers with their ideal homes. Collaborate with sales and operations teams while being an integral part of the Corporate Marketing Team to ensure alignment between local and corporate marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing corporate marketing strategies to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing leadership to define strategic marketing objectives and foster strong relationships.
  • Support corporate marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance and customer-friendly communications.
  • Participate in market-wide programs aimed at driving traffic through various marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the corporate team to deliver tactical online and offline marketing content.

Additional Duties:
  • Enhance the creative capabilities of the marketing team by assisting in skill development.
  • Coordinate with other departments to create and maintain marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitor strategies.
  • Review and assess marketing requests from divisions, managing expectations and timelines.
  • Provide support for new community launches and ensure effective communication between corporate and divisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing within the homebuilding industry.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of real estate platforms is a plus.
