About the Role
Mill is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial real estate partnerships efforts. As Channels & Partnerships Lead - Commercial Real Estate, you will develop and execute strategies to grow our presence in office environments through strategic partnerships and channel development.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with one-to-many channel partners to create and promote Mill's product within their distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, forecasting revenue and tracking key metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals that drive significant ongoing value for Mill and its partners.

Requirements:
This role requires at least 8 years of experience in business development, consulting, or sales across relevant industries. Experience specifically with real estate products and solutions is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and communication are also required.
