Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market sales channel strategy.
  • Expand and manage third-party channel partner portfolios in assigned territories.
  • Deliver rapid growth in ATS orders, revenue, and margins through strategic initiatives.
  • Create and sustain sales plans to meet or exceed business targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through effective sales processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Power Engineering (preferred).
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the Power Management industry.
• Hands-on, results-oriented, and resourceful with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Salesforce CRM experience (preferred).
• Willingness to travel frequently across North America.
