Lead Technical Parts Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee our Aftermarket Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team in effectively addressing customer needs while implementing initiatives that drive operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage the daily activities of the Parts Team, consisting of three members.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Infor LN ERP System, focusing on Aftermarket requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to prioritize urgent material needs for clients.
- Process orders and handle quotation requests efficiently.
- Work closely with the Parts Sales Manager on inventory management, kit development, project-specific needs, and sourcing strategies.
- Participate in weekly discussions with Key Account Customers to provide updates and follow up on their requirements.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries with prompt and accurate responses.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- At least three years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment within manufacturing or heavy machinery.
- A minimum of five years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
