We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee our Aftermarket Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team in effectively addressing customer needs while implementing initiatives that drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the daily activities of the Parts Team, consisting of three members.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Infor LN ERP System, focusing on Aftermarket requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to prioritize urgent material needs for clients.
  • Process orders and handle quotation requests efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Parts Sales Manager on inventory management, kit development, project-specific needs, and sourcing strategies.
  • Participate in weekly discussions with Key Account Customers to provide updates and follow up on their requirements.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries with prompt and accurate responses.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Education and Experience
  • At least three years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment within manufacturing or heavy machinery.
  • A minimum of five years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
