Lead Technical Parts Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee our Aftermarket Sales Team. In this role, you will manage daily operations, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently while driving initiatives for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage the daily functions of the Parts Team, comprising three team members.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Infor LN ERP System, focusing on Aftermarket needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to prioritize urgent material requests from customers.
- Handle order processing and respond to quotation inquiries.
- Work closely with the Parts Sales Manager on inventory management, kit development, project requirements, and sourcing strategies.
- Participate in weekly discussions with Key Account Customers to update them on their requests.
- Address and resolve customer issues with prompt and accurate feedback.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Capability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- A minimum of three years of fast-paced sales experience in the manufacturing or heavy machinery sector.
- At least five years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Accrue 80 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year.
