Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on customer equipment using proprietary systems to verify parts accuracy.
- Assist customers with test inspections and provide valuable input for repair processes.
- Utilize various software tools, including One4AL and BPCS, to access information and document modifications.
- Request and supply technical drawings, investigate repair histories, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Develop and implement repair procedures that cater to multiple product lines.
- Effectively communicate technical repair details to workshop leads and end users.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for additional support when necessary.
- Offer technical guidance and drawing interpretation to external vendors and shop personnel during repair activities.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute positively to organizational goals.
- Conduct sales outreach to customer locations to foster business relationships and provide on-site technical assistance.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in researching customer equipment and conducting inspections.
- Ability to guide repair processes and utilize relevant software programs.
- Strong troubleshooting and redesign capabilities.
