Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on customer equipment using proprietary systems to verify parts accuracy.
  • Assist customers with test inspections and provide valuable input for repair processes.
  • Utilize various software tools, including One4AL and BPCS, to access information and document modifications.
  • Request and supply technical drawings, investigate repair histories, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Develop and implement repair procedures that cater to multiple product lines.
  • Effectively communicate technical repair details to workshop leads and end users.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for additional support when necessary.
  • Offer technical guidance and drawing interpretation to external vendors and shop personnel during repair activities.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute positively to organizational goals.
  • Conduct sales outreach to customer locations to foster business relationships and provide on-site technical assistance.
