Technical Parts Lead

Plasser American Corp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead the Aftermarket Sales Team. As a Technical Parts Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of three individuals in the day-to-day operations of assisting customers with their needs in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and direct the day-to-day operations of the Parts Team, ensuring seamless customer support and timely resolution of issues.
- ERP System Expertise: Operate and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Infor LN ERP System in the Aftermarket requirements, ensuring efficient order processing and quotation requests.
- Material Requirements: Partner with internal teams to direct urgent material requirements for customers, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
- Order Processing: Process orders and quotation requests, working closely with the Parts Sales Manager to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Customer Communication: Attend weekly calls with Key Account Customers to provide status updates and follow-up on their requirements, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Manage and follow-up on customer concerns with accurate and timely responses, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership/supervisor experience, with a proven track record of guiding teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of high-paced sales experience in manufacturing/heavy machinery, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, with a focus on business, sales, or a related field.
