About the Role

The IT Systems Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of IT Service Delivery for both internal and external systems. As a member of the service desk, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, resolving, assigning, tracking, and escalating IT service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for end-user devices, perform hardware and software troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues.
  • Asset Management: Manage asset inventory, perform asset management tasks, and ensure accurate tracking of company assets.
  • Help Desk Support: Assist customers with technical issues, provide training on basic computer and software functionality, and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
  • Security Reviews: Conduct security reviews to ensure the integrity of company systems and data.
Requirements
  • Education: Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge of computer hardware and software, asset management, and help desk software management.
  • Competencies: Logical and analytical skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
