About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee your designated accounts and guide the development and training of assigned Customer Success Managers. Your focus will be on enhancing product adoption, usage, and fostering strong customer relationships. You will work to elevate LexisNexis's position in terms of both retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving or surpassing monthly and annual sales targets
  • Leading and sponsoring continuous improvement initiatives to drive consistent performance
  • Serving as the product authority, supporting both clients and internal teams with best practices
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of clients' goals and becoming their trusted advisor
  • Conducting regular account assessments, managing escalations, and creating standardized presentation materials for lifecycle plans
  • Defining, driving, and demonstrating the value of Return On Investment
  • Collecting feedback from internal teams and external clients for alignment and ongoing enhancement
Qualifications
  • Exhibit strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Effectively navigate a dynamic and rapidly evolving sales environment
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and finalize business deals
  • Experience in a collaborative selling environment
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, particularly in subscription or solution-based models
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (day trips)

$92,179 base plus target commission of $51,400 annually

The salary range provided is the base salary range for California, from $81,000 to $152,000.00.
