Senior Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Kanerika Software. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving business growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Present and close sales to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT services, consulting, or digital transformation sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 20% performer)
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with clients
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to articulate value proposition and differentiation
- Positive and a can-do attitude
- Highly competitive incentive plan with unlimited opportunity to earn
- Uncapped sales commission
- Lead gen supported by strong inside sales, alliances, and marketing teams
