Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. As an exempt employee, you will be eligible for benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist provides assistance and overflow coverage for members of the HR team. Key responsibilities include recruiting, payroll processing, and administration. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in human resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have proficiency in ADP and other HR software systems. Experience in recruitment, payroll, and data management is highly desirable.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, requiring usual office-type working conditions. Routine physical conditions include walking, carrying, standing, hearing/listening, and sitting. Travel (less than 25%) may be anticipated.
