Job Overview

Vali Incorporated is currently seeking a skilled Human Capital Generalist to support the Missile Defense Agency in the National Capital Region (NCR). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of talent management and human resources within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management.
  • Provides HR program management support and communications.
  • Updates, drafts, and researches HR-related policies and documents.
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

  • B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's Human Resource and talent management systems.
  • Eligibility for higher labor categories is based on additional years of experience.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain/maintain a U.S. DoD Secret level security clearance. A preferred candidate will have an active Secret clearance.
