We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team at 2Bros Services. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our human resources department.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, including maintaining employee records, scheduling meetings and interviews, and coordinating training sessions. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment processes, performance management procedures, and payroll-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital copies.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Support other assigned functions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (essential).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).
  • Familiarity with Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in email, MS Office, and related business tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
