Job OverviewKraemer Women's Care is a thriving private OB/GYN practice based in Columbia, SC. We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our team's growth and success.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone with previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws is essential for this role.
  • You will be responsible for building rapport with all employees and ensuring excellent communication skills.
  • A strong organizational skillset and ability to update timekeeping information in payroll systems are also required.
  • Additionally, you will assist with Benefits Enrollments, coordinate events focused on employee recognition, and maintain employee files.

Requirements

  • You should have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
