**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at One Care DC Inc. This role involves overseeing human resources functions and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.

This position requires 3 years of proven experience in a supervisor role, with expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates, as well as knowledge of performance evaluation processes and employee development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor the Human Resources team to achieve departmental goals and enhance performance.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement Human Resources Strategies that align with One Care DC's mission and objectives.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee recruitment and retention efforts, coordinating with the HR Assistant and HR Generalist to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive organizational culture and promote employee engagement initiatives in partnership with the HR team.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, collaborating with the HR Generalist to maintain up-to-date practices.
