Logistics Sales Leader

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to enhance our sales team and drive growth in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Focus on both Ocean Freight and Airfreight shipments.
2. Manage sales efforts across various states in the U.S.
3. Acquire new clients in alignment with the sales targets established.
4. Foster growth from existing accounts within your portfolio.
5. Identify and pursue new customer opportunities based on defined criteria.
6. Conduct thorough research on potential clients to assess credit limits and success viability.
7. Engage with clients to qualify leads and promote our services.
8. Schedule visits and follow-ups to maintain client relationships.
Required Skills:
- Proven sales experience in a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) or freight forwarding environment.
- Expertise in both air and ocean freight operations.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
