Position Overview:
This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of equipment projects within our organization. As a Regional Equipment Project Coordinator at Trane Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in managing project documentation, materials, job costing, and administrative tasks to support project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for:
1. Providing administrative support to facilitate the equipment fulfillment process.
2. Assisting in the procurement of all necessary materials associated with projects.
3. Gathering all bill of materials, estimated shipping dates, and updating relevant schedules.
4. Keeping customers informed about estimated shipping timelines.
5. Processing documentation for service claims, sales allowances, retrofits, and labor warranties.
6. Aiding in the completion of all job closeout documentation.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A High School diploma or GED, with up to two years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proven multitasking abilities and experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $40,000 to $84,000, along with a commission/incentive plan. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, wellness programs, family building benefits, a 401K match, paid time off, and educational opportunities.
