Job Overview

Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Inspector

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector who will be instrumental in conducting thorough inspections and supporting the development and execution of product and process audits throughout various stages of electronic device production. This includes, but is not limited to, Final Assembly, Sub Assembly, In-process, Component, Fabrication, and Receiving inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our clients' success by actively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and utilizing metrics to establish benchmarks for productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Be accountable for achieving all established standards.
  • Conduct First Article and Final Inspections on a diverse range of items, from procured components to finished products.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Johnson Gauge tools, perform tool setups, and mentor junior Quality Inspector personnel.

Compensation: $25-29 per hour

Work Schedule: 6AM-3:30PM (Monday - Thursday) and 6AM-2:30PM every other Friday.

Location: Everett, WA

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the aerospace sector.
  • Certification in Flight Safety.
  • Proficient in the Essential Functions of a Quality Inspector.
  • Skilled in the use of Johnson Gauge tools.
  • Able to perform First Article Inspections, Final Inspections, and tool setups.

Work Environment:

  • This position is within an Aerospace manufacturing setting. Employees may experience exposure to vibrations and occasional risks associated with electric shock.
  • The noise level in the workplace is typically very high.
