Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process inspections, first article inspections, final inspections, and customer presentations.
- Validate the physical characteristics and processing requirements of parts with intricate geometries and configurations.
- Ensure that component manufacturing documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant drawings and company procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Purchasing departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Quality department management.

Ideal candidates will possess:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
- Proficiency in inspecting parts using various measuring tools.
- Experience with Faro Arm inspections.
- Capability to document findings and complete First Article Reports (FAIs) using AS9102 forms.
- Strong ethical judgment and independence in assessing parts and processes.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical inspection, particularly in aerospace and manufacturing environments.
