In the role of Senior Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be an integral member of our Quality team, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-process inspections, first article inspections, final inspections, and customer presentations.
• Validate the physical attributes and processing requirements of parts with intricate geometries and configurations.
• Ensure that all component manufacturing documentation is thorough, precise, and adheres to various drawings, documents, and company protocols.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Purchasing departments to uphold quality standards.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Quality department management.

Ideal candidates will possess:
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
• Experience in using inspection tools such as gauges, scales, micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Familiarity with Faro Arm inspection techniques.
• Ability to document findings and complete First Article Reports (FAIs) using AS9102 forms.
• Capability to write non-conformance tags for parts that do not meet specifications.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical inspection, particularly in aerospace and manufacturing environments.
