Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Inspector

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to contribute to our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and supporting the development and execution of product and process audits across various stages of electronic device production, including but not limited to Final Assembly, Sub Assembly, In-process, Component, Fabrication, and Receiving inspections.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and utilizing metrics to establish benchmarks for productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Adhere to all defined quality standards and protocols.
  • Conduct First Article and Final Inspections on a diverse range of components, from purchased parts to finished products.
  • Utilize Johnson Gauge tools proficiently, perform tool setups, and provide training to junior Quality Inspectors.

Compensation:
Pay rate ranges from $25 to $29 per hour.

Work Schedule:
6 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday - Thursday) and 6 AM to 2:30 PM every other Friday.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the aerospace sector.
  • Certification in Flight Safety.
  • Proficient in the core functions of a Quality Inspector.
  • Skilled in the use of Johnson Gauge tools.
  • Able to perform First Article Inspections, Final Inspections, and tool setups effectively.

Work Environment:
  • Position located within an aerospace manufacturing setting, where employees may experience exposure to vibrations and occasional electric shock risks.
  • Typically high noise levels in the work environment.
